After being diagnosed with depression and anxiety, and prescribed SSRIs in 2016, Rory searched for holistic modalities to improve his mental health.

While living in London, he stumbled across breathwork and was amazed by the immediate effects the practice had on his overall health.

After years of regular practice and experience of the benefits for himself, he left his corporate job to pursue a career in helping people live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.
