Rory uses specifically curated music and evidence-based breathing techniques to directly tap into physiology and psychology. The overall experience consists of three breathwork techniques.

The session begins with an awareness practice to allow the participants to arrive in the space. The session then flows into a functional breathing practice to improve the physical body by learning and practising how to enhance lung volume and diaphragm function, increase parasympathetic activity and much more. The final practice is an active and passive breathing technique to improve mental clarity. Participants will report feeling clear, calm, balanced, present, joyful, intense and euphoric.

Rory has spent over five years curating and fine-tuning this practice to ensure it's purpose-driven with a holistic approach focusing on brain and body optimisation.
